Our little bit is now eight months old. She is still a super sweet baby that rarely cries.
When she does cry, Lucy howls then Maddy imitates Lucy's howling and this distracts Em and she stops crying. I don't have any offical measurement stats, but she is just now out of 3-6 months clothing and is wearing 6-9 month outfits. Thus us calling her "Little Bit".
Emma is mobile. She doesn't get her tushy off the ground to crawl yet, but still gets to where she wants to go. She's been doing this for about a month, so maybe this will just be her preferred mode of transportation.
She is also getting more table foods and I don't know how much longer she will be content with baby food.
And the big milestone for this month was that she said her first word, "DaDa".
Both our girls have a wonderful relationship with their DaDa, and it is fun to watch them interacting together.
