Another month has flown by. I guess the saying "Time flys when you are having fun." is right. In the picture above, Maddy was distracted by the dogs. This is a fairly new thing for her. She looks around for them and watches them when the come into the room. Madelynn is very curious at this point in time and is really checking out her surroundings.
At her four month check up last week, she weighed 13 pounds 7 ounces and was 24 1/2 inches long. She is growing! Maddy did a great job with her shots this time too. Fussed a little right after the nurse stuck her, but was great for the rest of the day.
Here she is trying to eat the catepillar. This is also a new trick. She puts everything into her mouth. The other night during bath time, she grabbed the cup for rinsing her hair out of my hands and ended up with a mouth full of water. That sure surprised her, but luckily she didn't end up with too much in her mouth and was okay.
