Because Maddy was so into pumpkins this year, and because I like to see her little face light up when she gets excited about something, I made Halloween cakes. I was going to just make a pumpkin cake, but only had one round cake pan, so I ended up making this haunted house cake too.
I realize they aren't anything spectacular, but I thought they turned out pretty cute for being made by someone with no artistic ability and for being completed in about twenty minutes.
And Maddy did get very excited about her pumpkin cake, so that is really all that matters anyway.
