Madelynn turned 11 months on January 25th. We had a mini photo session that afternoon in an attempt to get a really good picture for Valentine's Day Cards. She was too busy with other things for a photo shoot, but that is okay we managed to get a few cute pictures anyway. We didn't do weight or height measurements this month, she will get those at her one year doctor's appointment in just a little over a month. That is just so hard to believe, one year ago, I was at home resting and getting the house ready for Maddy Mae's arrival. It is also kind of funny to think that I am pregnant again this year at the same time as as last. As it is now, I have been pregnant in 2008,2009, and 2010 slightly odd to think about when it has only been two pregnancies. Anyway, back to Madelynn, she is not walking yet, instead she has now combined her three legged crawl, with a kind of scooting on the behind so that she is able to carry things in her hands. Kevin thinks that if we could get Rascal and Lucy to walk on their hind legs for day or two that Maddy would follow suit. Her lack of interest in walking doesn't slow her down a bit. She is definately keeping me on my toes. She goes from one end of the house to another, leaving a path of toys, tupperware, and toilet paper behind. Maybe we shouldn't rush this whole walking thing.
