Bed Hogs

Kevin and I's bed seems to be shrinking, and no my expanding belly isn't the reason.

It is shrinking because one, the dogs insist on sleeping with us. We are probably stuck for Rascal with life, but are hoping that Lucy will make her way into Maddy's room when she is in her big girl bed.

The second reason is that Maddy has been making her way into our bed for the past few weeks.

When she had her first ear infection a few weeks ago, we started letting her come in with us and hadn't fully broke the habit when she had her second infection last week.

Monday night she walked into our room and said, "Bed, Up". I thought she wanted to bounce and aggravate the dogs. Low and behold she snuggled in and fell asleep after a bit of playing around.

We are working on getting her back into her own bed this week.

But these pictures are really pretty sweet. We just need a few nights of sleep that don't involve being kicked or hit or rolled into.As I am typing this she is sound asleep in her crib, let's hope it stays that way.
